Who We Are

Since 2016, with the support of Ulta Beauty guests, associates and partners, the Ulta Beauty Charitable Foundation has proudly donated more than $80 million to make a positive impact on the world. Together with nonprofit partners across the U.S., we provide resources and programs to help all women and teens have a positive sense of well-being to unleash their own unique possibilities. We believe in a holistic approach to well-being with a focus on mind, body and community pillars. UBCF's nonprofit partners provide resources and programs focused on providing women and teens with mental and physical well-being programs; advancing research to put an end to breast cancer; mentoring and peer network opportunities; and career exposure and experiences. To learn more about efforts to empower well-being for all and the nonprofits we support, click here.

As part of the UBCF, we have an Associate Relief Program in place to assist associates and their families facing personal hardship, including natural disasters, serious illness, domestic and partner violence, and more. The Associate Relief Program provides short-term financial support to care for the well-being of our associates in these times of need, fitting perfectly with the UBCF mission.

In addition to our national nonprofit portfolio, we also believe in giving back to local nonprofit organizations aligned to our mission including many in the greater Chicago area where our corporate headquarters is located. Through strategic partnerships, in-kind donations, associate volunteerism, board service and event sponsorships, we are deepening our impact and empowering well-being in the communities we live, work and serve.
